Plot Summary

This tract follows a narrative in efforts to provide insight about how a person's actions are logged and reviewed when they die in order to determine their placement in either Heaven or Hell. While the narrative is applicable to all people, the namless protagonist is shown to be a Christian, ableit one who does not enjoy attending church and has spent his life performing sinful activities. Thus, his name is not recorded in the Book of Life and he is cast into Hell for eternal punishment. The tract then shows that a person can avoid Hell by having faith in Jesus Christ, praying daily and following the teachings of the Bible, ending with a brief set of instructions that will help a person get to Heaven.

Characters

Nameless Protagonist - A worldly man living in the lap of luxury. After an inexplicable death, he is ushered before the Great White Throne and the events of his life are played back, most of them bad. In an alternate retelling, he is shown to live a pious, devout life and is ushered into heaven upon his demise.

Angel - Servant of God who is tasked with delivering the protagonist for judgement and ultimately consigning him to the Lake of fire.

Unnamed Characters - Officiating Funeral Priest, Funeral congregants (8), Lewd friends (2), Attractive woman, Female church congregant, Church priest, Protangonist's kindness benfactors (7).
